The PTC Professor site is an awesome downline builder for elite PTC sites, however, the owner is more "Pro" and experienced with TRAFFIC EXCHANGES! (this is my opinion, anyway, more PRO with TEs and less experienced with PTC, however, the owner is successful with TEs and is a TE and Ad CO-OP co-owner, thus has checks and balances on the biz).
I'll be completely honest here about two things:
1) There have been necessary changes to the downline builder from time to time when selected sites have stopped performing well.
2) This is a great downline builder and site.
I'll stick with #2 here because anyone from PTC circles knows that sites fail for a number of reasons and sometimes that's just the way the PTC cookies crumble. Sites that were taken out of the downline builder weren't owned or co-owned by the owners of PTC Professor.
PTC Professor owner is still working on filling up the PTC downline to reflect 10 elite sites that PTC Professor ad pages claim are in the downline builder. Two programs were recently removed from the downline builder (Autumn months, 2014).
That said, there are 8 HOT, elite, long term paying programs in the PTC section of the downline builder. There are more paying programs in the TE downline builder section of the site, so in the TE section, welcome to ALL KINDS OF FREE TRAFFIC! (plus a section that PTC Prof owner is an absolute WIZ at promoting and managing).
