Sometimes, for those who haven't firmly established steady and significant online earnings, one has to go back to what one knows to make money. That means sometimes a person goes back offline for a while to get things in order financially and in habit.
I have been so far away from regular online activities that I have a number of closed accounts due to inactivity. That's not such a big deal, actually, as it forces me to get really - REALLY - selective on which sites and programs I'm going to use as I come back to spend more focus and time online with money earning programs.
My fave programs are not in jeopardy due to non use and earnings haven't suffered the slightest while I went offline to do some school courses and participate in volunteer and piece work jobs.
The fave programs are phone apps - and I've continued monitoring those daily without fail.
While I was in "testing" mode a few years ago - and had some healthy concerns about the value of money earning phone app programs 2 to 3 years ago, I believe they've proven themselves as paying programs now.
I've got around $325.00 saved up across about 5 fave phone programs, stored in credits since I stopped spending long periods of time online doing marketing and mailing last winter - about 8 mo ago. That's not bad for programs where I'm literally just making sure my phone is running a program, so those programs are HERE TO STAY - rather - staying on my phones!
Now I'll get back to working out a promotion plan and email series to show others how to use the apps that literally just run vids to earn you credits. Those credits convert to paypal cash or to several common store gift cards for stores like Amazon, Bath & Body Works, Indigo Books, Cineplex, Starbucks, Footlocker, and many more.
I expect an email series and such with take a week or two to arrange and run in the background while I start posting more regularly.
I actually don't miss not having so many PTC programs to log into - especially since the Grandmother of PTCs, ClixSense - recently changed terms and model on that site. Clixsense no longer has PTCs click links to earn from - so the earnings there will be gained from higher levels of participation than just ptc clicking. There are surveys, tasks, etc - all the other things from before but PTC clicks and the click grid are gone now. Boo hoo.
Anyway - for several months I was definitely off again...
I am back now.
Happy marketing,
teeray~~

R.I.P. Travis J. Best
It's hard to know what is appropriate to post about here. A fellow surfer, marketer, and someone I met through participating in a team challenge just over a year ago has passed away. Someone I have been in contact with (except during recent advanced illness he suffered) ever since doing a month long challenge with Tony Tezak in December 2014.
A family member got on Travis' Facebook account to let people know that he passed away early this week (on January 18th or 19th).
Since Travis and I surfed together a lot after the challenge last year, he is my sponsor in a number of traffic exchange sites and money earning programs. It is awful strange to log in and see his avatar/profile pic and know I won't get a skype message, email or internal message on common sites anymore.
I know Travis went weekly for dialysis treatments. Curiously, there were times when he still skyped some messages across while he was sitting, waiting for dialysis treatments to complete. He really was working hard online to try and figure out all this money making business - in part, so he could afford better health related treatments, a better, more healthy lifestyle, etc.
I'm sure there are a lot of sponsees out there who were in contact with Travis daily until recently who will miss him very much. He and I had some differences in our pathways and programs a couple of months back and stopped promoting the same programs but I always expected to meet this guy one day while we were both on our similarly arranged money making pathways, enjoying - finally - some monetary successes for all our hard work.
Although I found out about his passing yesterday, the news didn't really hit me until today when I realized how many programs we had in common and that he is - was - my sponsor in many. As I logged in to surf, there was Travis' face or name in many of my dashboards, listed as "Sponsor."
Rest in peace, Travis J. Best! No dialysis or money struggles tomorrow - or ever now. I hope your family, friends, all of your sponsees/online friends will gather and celebrate your life as well as hang together to support each other.

Special Surf Day: Sunday at Click Voyager
For a couple of weeks in a row now, I have forgotten to post about Click Voyager's regular special Sunday surfing bonus - a free 7 day upgrade for surfing 250 pages on Sunday.
I think a lot of people are unaware of the regular special, so I think a reminder belongs on a blog about traffic and clicks.
Click Voyager has been around for years. And years and years. It's one of the oldest TEs I know of and I have been a member for YEARS - however - I didn't learn how to actually use TEs properly until more recently, in the past 18 months or so.
As well, with Click Voyager not topping any of the socially accepted TE Rating sites, I wasn't paying it much attention at all. I wasn't logging in often enough (until recently) to understand that Sunday surfing at this TE can ever so easily turn into a full week of a Silver level upgrade!
Woooooooooooooooooooooooooot - Just show me where to click! I'm ALL IN for a free upgrade! How about you? Want a free Silver upgrade? Keep that upgrade perpetual by surfing at Click Voyager regularly every Sunday!
You may have seen the image above as a web page during your surfing time at other sites. Well, click on that sucker the next time you see it while surfing and make sure you get a Click Voyager account and surf on Sundays!
Wait a minute - why not just join (if you're not already a member) via my link below:
http://adfoc.us/2643810282733
(*Note - an ad will display from the link above before you get to my Click Voyager ref page)
If you are really opposed to viewing an ad first, try this link:

Another few tidbit points about this site:
Tidbit #1:
The credit currency is a bit different than what most people are used to. THIS has given the site a bad rap that is totally ridiculous and must be perpetuated by people who have only surfed at Click Voyager a time or two.
Click Voyager has a 10:1 ratio for free members. Yep, that's right - view 10 sites to gain 1 credit or 1 view to the site you wish to promote... Now, HOLD ON!!! Before you go running away...
I'll just say that - the games/prize pages at Click Voyager ROCK and entirely even out what looks like a rough credit currency. Many of the prize pages (If you win - sometimes you will lose - but often you will win) award upward of 10 credits per instance. It roughly works out to being similar with most of the other average credit currency systems out there that are 3:1 for free members. I often win anywhere from 10-60 credits on one of the "pick a box" pages.
Tidbit #2:
Splash page maker, Rotators and other tools on-site. Click Voyager has some cool tools. Check 'em out and USE THEM. I lot of sites don't have these things.
Tidbit #3:
Click Voyager is a site in the CSN (Cash Surfing Network) group that allows for cash views from the CSN page. Let me put that a different way. Surf to gain credits at Click Voyager - place the proper CSN link for viewing at Click Voyager and it's worth cash to your CSN account.
Paid TO Promote page at CSN + Click Voyager = Ca$H !!!
If you're already a member at Click Voyager and didn't know this stuff - GET SURFING - Especially on Sunday (and Monday - increased credits per view on Monday, every Monday).
I'll see you on the "upgrade winners" section next week!
Happy Click Voyager surfing. Enjoy your upgrade!

Last Payment for 2015
Okay, I know I'm posting this on New Years Day, 2016 - however - It's from the last month in 2015, from PERK (phone apps and website).
Yay... I actually received payment on New Years Day! I requested payment yesterday and expected to wait a week or so to receive the funds to my PayPal account.
I went against my relatively new decision and practice of trying to keep a substantial ($50 or more) payment in the form of credits/points within my programs and cashed out almost all my Perk points yesterday.
I decided a couple of months ago to bank credits/points in my phone app accounts in case I need emergency online funds via a quick cashout, however, with the New Year upon us, I realized that record-keeping from cleared accounts might be interesting as 2016 begins and proceeds. With my two fave phone/site programs, I'm almost at zero balance, and begin the year new to find out how much I can actually make in a year with my fave phone activities and programs.
Here's the screenshot, Perk payment:
Now when I go on the phone app center to see reviews or check my apps, I really cannot believe the complaints I see people posting. I work the Perk program fairly, have requested and received prompt payments; I have never waited more than a couple of days for any point conversion and cash payment to Paypal or Amazon.
There you have it - my last Perk earnings for 2015, paid out less than 24h after payment request made on New Years eve day. Paid on New Years Day, voila - a hundred smackers to forward into other earning programs online!

Surf Group: Power Surf Central
Here is a great surf group for people new to traffic exchanges. It's called Power Surf Central, and I say it's a great surf group for newcomers because it has a totally manageable number of TEs in the surf grouping.
Additionally, signing up at the Power Surf Central site will give you access to a downline builder, extra surf points and credits (based on activity), and easy to understand tutorials about TEs and getting traffic to your websites. As well, PSC will introduce newcomers to a small collection of responsive viral mailers - enough to provide effective traffic generation without being overwhelming.
The link to join: Power Surf Central
For beginners, join PSC and then join the recommended sites in the PSC downline builder. The sites you will definitely be rewarded extra for using are the ones to focus on if you feel over committed in any way from joining several sites at once.
Surf the THREE Primary sites, RealHitz4u , HitSafari , and Soaring4Traffic to get good and comfortable with traffic exchange surfing.
Here's a screenshot of a certain dashboard area where you can see how your extra points are adding up while you surf the 3 primary sites PSCentral is designed around:
Above and over to the right... those bars will continue to fill up with blue, indicating you are hitting a surf maximum whereby PSC will award you extra credits and points.
Just be sure to fill out your ref IDs into the proper pages at PowerSurfCentral and the points/extra rewards will add up nicely and provide you with a load of extra advertising power!!!
As a nice bonus, once you are comfortable with surfing 3 TEs at once, ad 1 more TE site to your surf routine and specifically add Deep Sea Hits because when this TE is paired with HitSafari, the two create extra rewards! Surfing DeepSeaHits and HitSafari together to 250 pages, will get you 100 extra credits at each site! DAILY. Do the math quickly on this - you can gain a few thousand extra credits very easily in a month just by making sure you surf these two sites together.
Power Surf Central Minimum Surf = 100 pages. This will gain you extra credits, text and banner impressions but no extra points within the Power Surf Central system.
You'll want to surf at least 200 pages while surfing the 3 core/primary sites at once in order to gain Power Surf Central POINTS, which are later redeemable for more credits at a ratio of 500pts:100c.
Extra credits AND extra points get calculated based also on consistency of your surfing, which means there are extra credits and points waiting for you for surfing several days in a row. Daily, weekly, monthly stats are all taken into consideration.
Have a good look around and read all the helpful notes and information in your PSCentral dashboard and GET SURFING - for extra credits!
I you can master surfing with Power Surf Central sites, you'll gain a lot more credits than surfing random sites together, and this will boost your ad power and promotion power quickly and dramatically. Surf consistently and while you are gaining ad power, you can also implement other training available in your Power Surf Central dashboard (*Hint: marketing training - to take your promotions further than just surfing!).
Let me know in comments what your best surfing day has rewarded you with, via use of PSC sites and methods.
Happy Surfing,

What To Do While Waiting on Forced Ad Views
Forced view ads/pages force the end-viewer to actually view what is being advertised and I AM ALL FOR THAT 'cos most pages are NOT being viewed and considered with critical thinking by viewers who are trying to get that tenth of a cent, penny, credit, a set of minimum page views for bonus credits, while viewing pages online. Most pages simply are being passed over when someone has paid hard earned money on advertising.
Fortunately for me, I am also making money surfing on multiple cell phones so viewing a forced advertisement on my computer and being made to slow down in my credit-generating surf activities gives me time to view ads on 1-5 phones or to re-set video line-ups on a phone or two. Fortunately, for paid ad buyers, rather than taking me away from pages online that are supposed to be viewed, this combined phone/net activity actually makes me re-watch a LOT of ads, bookmark a lot of pages to read later, etc.
Maybe my cell phone activities are also causing me to be more conscientious as a viewer. For a phone ad, the screen is too small for opening up multiple ads. Most cell phone ads are forced view ads. Overall, I am viewing WAY MORE forced view ads than I was before implementing cell phone earning programs into my routine. I have noticed that I may not join too many programs, but I am responding much more online to subscriptions, blogs for reading (tutorials, money making blogs) and such now that I have periods of time whereby I have to stop switching between browser tabs to view a forced ad.
Although I am testing 30+ cell phone programs on 6 cell devices, there are two fave programs that have emerged and that I have been paid by - multiple times.
Swagbucks and Perk. In 2015, since May, I've earned over $350 from the two programs combined. I can't show a full $300 in payment proofs because my strategy is to keep close to $100 in each account in case I need some emergency funds for marketing tools online. (* Note if I cash out now, I should have close to $500 earned and redeemed from these two programs). I have cashed out over $250 cash to Paypal with these programs and redeemed points in other ways - namely Amazon credits/cash value. I am also working up my Amazon cash power with use of the apps I use. Ah... but this post isn't supposed to be about my cell earning strategy - it's about how I am able to jump-start my phone views while looking at online Forced Ad Views!
While waiting for page timers to count down on necessary forced ads via computer, I make sure my PerkTV ads are running properly, clear cache in my phone apps area, or I'll switch phone apps to interact in the Perk community. I might run a game of Word Search (another Perk app), or do Perk Trivia with other Perk members. It varies on which app I decide to use but all activities help me earn or win more Perk points and tokens (points, redeemable for Paypal or store/gift cards, while tokens are only redeemable on the Perk site).
If my Swagbucks videos are finished on my cell phone, I'll switch Swagbucks apps to start videos on 1 of 6 apps in the Swagbucks group. I try to gain 100 pts per day as a minimum most of the time, which involves about 20 minutes on the Swagbucks site per day and the rest of the points earned via phone apps.
So I've told you what I'm doing while forced view ads are in progress on my home computer. Basically, while those ads count down, I'm bookmarking, subscribing, switching phone apps, and keeping very busy.
How do you deal with forced view ads?

Use Surf Groups - Here is Why
Surf Groups = more ad power, that's why!
I am working my way slowly into upgraded memberships, primarily via membership special sales (yearly or lifetime sales - I only want to fork out money ONCE - or if more than once, only one time per year!). While using TEs, monitoring them for responsivity (e.g. am I getting any signups to the pages I display in this TE?) and deciding which ones are worth upgrading in, I can still rack up advertising power in the form of credits and attempt to compete with many of the paid/upgraded members who have more ad power (credits) at their disposal for much less labour.

Now this is not just the activity of surfing several traffic sites at one time, with a random choice of sites I need/want to build credits for... What I mean by surf groups is the use of special groupings whereby site owners are offering extra rewards for surfing specific sites together.
I have found a number of new surf sites that I really like a lot over summer 2015 and since starting this blog, however, I just started limiting my time on certain TEs because they're not part of a surf group. I can't gain markedly more credits on certain sites by pairing them with other ones, so I am doing basic surfing (daily minimum) on the non-group sites in favour of surf groups. As I gain credit power elsewhere (in surf group sites) I have been going back to the newer sites to surf more pages with the relief that my pages are rotating in higher amounts elsewhere.
Strangely, this is a pretty damn simple concept - but one which alludes a lot of people while they're busy FREAKING OUT that on such-and-such site, pages have run out of credits. People tend to (and I have been doing this for YEARS) dash to the surf site in question and start surfing madly to regain credits and traffic. When you get 3, 4 or 10 of these sites with your pages running out of display credits, you can end up surfing a non-bonus surf group of your own for HOURS just to get credits assigned to your pages once more.
PRIORITIZE... that's what I have been learning about all year in 2015. I can't advertise EVERYWHERE even tho' I am willing to put in my time, and even put in extra time to surf free accounts. With Marketing/Promoting being a huge numbers game, no matter how many free sites you can join, you can still run out of ad power FAST if you do not prioritize over WHERE your time is best spent, particularly in free accounts where surf and credit ratios are sometimes 10 pages to earn 1 credit! More commonly, free accounts are 4:1 or 3:1 (4 or 3 pages surfed earning 1 credit).
Luckily, there are sites popping up all over that will help you get more ad power even if you do not use specified surf groups - I'll review and do a tutorial on one before the new year. The site is called ZubeeZone, and it turns surfing TEs into a general mass mayhem surf group. I suppose THIS would be my one recommendation if you never do end up surfing in specified groups - USE ZUBEE ZONE to work out getting extra rewards for random site surfing.
